Tamar Marine Fishing Report - 28th October 2020 - Tamar Marine: Boating, Fishing & Marine Gear

Tamar Marine Fishing Report – 28th October 2020

BRIDPORT

Species:  Flathead and Gummy Shark.

Bridport was the place to be this week with reports of good sized Flathead and Gummy Sharks out around the 40 metre mark. Flasher Rigs and Jig Em Rigs working well on both. Adding fresh bait to the hooks will also increase your chances

KELSO

Species: Whiting and Salmon.

Kelso has been producing some impressive Whiting over the past few weeks with some 60cm plus catches reported. IMAS are currently on the look out for fresh Whiting frames to conduct research on the species. Whiting frames can be dropped off to us instore and we can pass them on.

Schools of decent sized Australian Salmon have also been reported around the mouth of the river.

LAKE LEAKE

Species: Brown and Rainbow Trout.

Lake Leake has been the standout Lake this season and is still producing some great fish weekly. Trolling Hardbody and Cobra Lures the most effective method.
